2023 – Entre-Cordes

Déborah Colucci componeert voor harp een modern en virtuoos repertoire. Met haar instrument improviseert ze en onderzoekt rijke en gevarieerde geluiden. Alexis Rouvre is een fysiek artiest, jongleur met ballen en vooral een manipulator van touwen. Hij ontwikkelt een jongleerkunst in beweging, een instinctieve en elegante beweging.
Beiden creëren een spektakel met disciplines die weinig met elkaar gemeen hebben.
Ze willen een evenwicht bereiken, de eenvoud en generositeit van een duo-concert. Alexis bespeelt de ruimte, het lichaam, de objecten. Déborah streelt of slaat op de snaren van haar harp, om de jongleur te begeleiden, maar ook om hem te manipuleren. Ze doen de ruimte trillen, met geluiden, met beelden en amuseren zich met de harmonie en de dissonanties die ze creëren. Poëtisch, artistiek, verrassend.

Déborah Colucci composes a modern and genius repertoire with the harp. She improvises and explores rich and various sounds. Alexis Rouvre is a fysical artist: a juggler and a manipulator with ropes. Together they create a spectacle with two subjects that don’t have many things in common. They want to create balance, simplicity and the generosity of a duo-concert. Alexis plays with space, objects and the body.
Déborah strokes or hits the chords on her harp. She supports and attends Alexis, but she also manipulates him with her music. With sounds and images they vibrate the space. Déborah and Alexis entertain themselves; thanks to the (dis)harmony they create through the duo-concert. Poetic, artistic and surprising.
