2023 – Guurka

Zij is gemeen. Hij is een dwaas. Hij wil trouwen. Zij niet. Dat is het verhaal van deze twee personages, die totaal verschillend lijken te zijn. Maar ze hebben veel gemeen. Ook al zegt zij het niet, en beseft hij het niet. Ze willen allebei zichzelf zijn. Eerlijkheid. Eenvoud. Gewoon bereid om te leven. En al hun emoties te delen met het publiek. Zij is gemeen.
Hij is een dwaas. En hoe hij ook aandringt, hoe vaak hij haar ook vraagt, smeekt of hoe hard hij ook probeert, ze wil niet.
Zijn droom is trouwen, haar droom vrij zijn. Er gebeurt veel in 30 minuten. Ze spelen met het publiek, ze dreigen te vallen, ze spelen met het risico in de hoogte. Van de acrobatiek op de grond, om op elkaar te klimmen, en te eindigen met de Chinese paal, met humor en spelletjes met het publiek, komt dit koppel ons hun verhaal vertellen.
Elk met zijn eigen energie, energie die contrasteert en vermaakt. Super gedurfd, en zonder angst om te falen, geven de twee energieke protagonisten ons deze frisse en lichte show.

She’s mean. He’s a fool. He wants to get married. She doesn’t. That’s the story of these two characters, who seem to be completely on different pages. They have a lot in common, though. Even if she doesn’t say it, and he doesn’t realize it.
They both wish to be themselves. Honesty. Simplicity. Just willing to live. And share all their emotions with the audience. She’s mean. He´s a fool. And as much as he insists on her, no matter how many times he asks her, beg her or how hard he tries, she doesn’t want to. His dream is getting married, her being free. Lots of things happen in 30 mintues.
They play with the audience, they threaten to fall, they play with the risk in the heights. From the acrobatics on the ground, to climb on top of each other, and ending with the chinese pole, with humor and games with the audience, this couple come to tell us their story. Each with its own energy, energy that contrasts and entertain. Super daring, and with no fear to failure, the two energetic protagonists give us this fresh and light show.
