2023 – Schim

SCHiM speelt niet-Gangbare na-Ethnische Instant Cosmotronica, manipuleert klanken, weeft freelektronischeorganisch evoluerende klanktapijten met een inspirerende mix van oudere en recentere toestellen, etnische en experimentele instrumenten, sampling, looping en ongebreidelde improvisatie. Hun eenmalige composities vormen als vanzelf beeldrijke scènes die zich afspelen voor het geestesoog van de fantasievolle luisteraar. Filmisch, sferisch, rauw.
SCHiM maakt albums ( schim.bandcamp.com ) en soundtracks, speelt live en werkt ook samen met dansers, schrijvers, licht-, film/video-, grafische- en installatie- kunstenaars.

Ditmaal, tijdens De Gevleugelde Stad Ieper, leent de muziekgroep haar unieke kosmotronische klankenpallet aan de sfeervolle lichtinstallaties van Vzw Dwaallicht.

This time, during De Gevleugelde Stad Ieper (City of Wings Ypres), the music group lends its unique cosmotronic sound palette to the atmospheric light installations of Vzw Dwaallicht.
