We ontmoeten mysterieuze en vreemde figuren. Draakmensen die vuur spuwen, acrobatische geesten, een melancholische weerwolf die in staat is om op de maan te wandelen en ZIJ, de ster van de show, de charmerende vampier vrouw, die de kunst van de transformatie beheerst. Maar een sinister geluid leidt de artiesten van dit mysterieus circus af. Het is het kloppen van een hart, niemand kan uitleggen waar deze hartslag vandaan komt.

Over Il Teatro delle Dodici Lune (IT.): De theaterervaring van Italo Pecoretti startte in 1997. Acteur, regisseur, poppenspeler, cultuuranimator, hij deed en doet het allemaal maar kan zich het best uitdrukken in het poppenspel. Hij was student bij Alessandro Gigli en begon zijn solo-carrière in 1998 met “The Adventures of Pinocchio”, geregisseerd door Alessandro. In 2001-2002 werkte hij in Frankrijk en Spanje samen met Claudio Cinelli in “Heartbeat”. Vana 1998 tot 2005 speelde hij zijn voorstellingen in het Park of Pinocchio in Collodi, en in het Disney Village in Pozza di Fassa (TN). Hij nam deel aan tal van voorstellingen en festivals van kindertheater en poppenspel in Italië en regisseerde voorstellingen van andere gezelschappen. Sinds het seizoen 2005-2006 doet hij de programmatie voor Children’s Theatre en van Regina Margherita Marcialla Theatre. Vanaf 2007 organiseert hij ook voorstellingen voor de scholen in de omgeving, in totaal voor ongeveer 1000 kinderen. Voor het ogenblik is hij artistiek directeur van de volgende festivals van kinder- en poppentheater: “Fiori di Sambuca” – Sambuca Val di Pesa, Puppets in the Gardens in de gemeentenTavarnelle Val di Pesa and San Casciano Val di Pesa.

Mysterious and strange creatures are to be found in the company of Transylvania Circus. Dragon men spitting fire, acrobat ghosts, a melancholic werewolf able to walk on the moon and then She, the star of the show, the charming vampire woman, who performs the art of transformation. About Il Teatro delle Dodici Lune (IT.): The theatrical experience of Italo Pecoretti started in 1997. Actor, director, puppeteer, cultural animator, he finds his best expression in puppetry. Student of Alessandro Gigli, he started his solo career in 1998 with the puppet show “The Adventures of Pinocchio”, directed by Alessandro, with whom he usually collaborates as a musician and actor.. In 2001-2002 he collaborated with Claudio Cinelli in the show entitled “Heartbeat”, in France and Spain. From 1998 to 2005, he perfomed his shows in the Park of Pinocchio in Collodi, and in the Winter Disney Village in Pozza di Fassa (TN). He participated in a number of exhibitions and festivals of children’s theater and puppet theater all over Italy. Over the years Italo Pecoretti has directed performances by other theater companies and street bands. Since the theatrical season of 2005-2006, he has been taking care of the show schedule of the Children’s Theatre, and of Regina Margherita Marcialla Theatre. Since 2007, he has organized theatrical seasons for the schools of the neighbouring towns, involving around about 1,000 children and teens. Currently he is the art director of the following festivals of children’s theatre and puppet theatre: “Fiori di Sambuca” – Sambuca Val di Pesa, Puppets in the Gardens in the municipalities of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa and San Casciano Val di Pesa.
