2019 – Got Talent?

Tijdens “Got Talent?” kijkt het publiek naar een opname van een nieuw televisie format. Het publiek kiest steeds (uit 30 uiteenlopende acts) welke talenten de presentatoren laten zien, maar is ook de jury. Zoals steeds streng, maar rechtvaardig. Een blik achter de schermen van een tv-show waar niets is wat het lijkt. Een reflectie over de ware identiteit van talent, de sensatie-zucht van het publiek, de multitalenten op ons scherm en de (on)zin van talentenjachten, maar vooral een humoristische, visuele en interactieve show met een onvergetelijk einde wanneer (spoiler allert) een kind uit het publiek een talent ontplooit waarvan hij/zij zelf niet wist dat ze het had. Een samenwerking tussen Piet Kusters en Stefan Paridaen. Beide Finalisten van het populaire tv-programma Belgium’s Got Talent.

Over Stefan Paridaen & Piet Kusters (BE): Stefan Paridaen werd geboren in 1987 in Wilrijk. In 2007 behaalde hij de eerste titel van Belgisch kampioen jongleren. In 2012 richtte hij samen met Peter Gusta “Straattheater Krijmfresj” op. Net de 20 gepasseerd stak een nieuwe interesse de kop op, het mentalisme. In 2015 werd hij samen met Kurt Demey Belgisch kampioen goochelen (mentalisme) en behaalden ze een finaleplaats in het populaire tv-programma Belgium’s Got Talent. In 2017-2018 maakte hij met mentalist Piet Kusters de voorstelling Eureka. In 2018 wordt aan een nieuwe straattheater voorstelling gewerkt rond het thema Talent. Got Talent? is de nieuwe beloftevolle familie show voor het straattheater. Piet Kusters werd geboren in 1992 te Hasselt. Op zijn veertiende choqueerde hij zijn beste vrienden met filmpjes waarin hij menige paperclips door zijn neus begon op te snuiven. In 2013 palmt Piet Kusters de website van StuBru in met een legendarisch filmpje op Pukkelpop. Een jaar later werd hij opgepikt door het bekende VRT programma Iedereen Beroemd, alwaar hij een heel seizoen de vaste rubriek ‘De Tovenaar’ voor zijn rekening mocht nemen. In 2017 verrast hij de jury van Belgium’s Got Talent met niets meer dan een kleine kubus. Door dat behaalde succes liet hij het goochelen varen om de focus te leggen op het mentalisme. Recent werkt hij samen met Stefan Paridaen aan vers en ongezien straattheater. In zijn solocarrière wordt gesleuteld aan zijn eerste theatervoorstelling.

In “Got Talent?” the audience is looking at a recording of a new television format. The public always chooses (from 30 different acts) what talents the presenters have to show, but they are also the jury. A look behind the scenes of a TV show where nothing is what it seems. A reflection on the true identity of talent, the sensation of the audience, the multitalents on our screen and the sense of talent hunts, but above all a humorous, visual and interactive show with an unforgettable ending when (spoiler allert) a child from the audience develops a talent that he / she did not know she had. About Stefan paridaen & Piet Kusters (BE): Stefan Paridaen was born in 1987 in Wilrijk. In 2007 he won the first title of Belgian champion juggling. In 2012 he founded “Street Theater Krijmfresj” together with Peter Gusta. Just over 20 years old, a new interest popped up: mentalism. In 2015, with Kurt Demey, he became Belgian champion of mentalism and was finalist in the popular TV program Belgium’s Got Talent. In 2017-2018 he created the performance Eureka with mentalist Piet Kusters. In 2018 a new street theater performance will be developed around the Talent theme. Got Talent? is the new promising family show for street theater. Piet Kusters was born in 1992 in Hasselt. At the age of fourteen he shocked his best friends with films in which he began to sniff up paper clips through his nose. In 2013, Piet Kusters entered the StuBru website with a legendary video on Pukkelpop. A year later, he was picked up by the wellknown VRT program Everyone Famous, where he was allowed to play the regular section ‘De Tovenaar’ for a whole season. In 2017 he surprised the jury of Belgium’s Got Talent with nothing more than a small cube. Because of that success, he put the focus on mentalism. He recently worked with Stefan Paridaen on new and unseen street theater. He is preparing his first solo performance.
